A child’s first pets nibble at vintage glass faceted topaz “fish pellets”. The aquarium gravel is comprised of vintage amethyst Swarovski glass stones, Austrian from the 1950’s, uncirculated old stock. Extremely difficult to photograph, these stones glow with a complex, purplish hue, much lighter than they appear in the photograph.
